Bulerías runs on a 12-count cycle that is almost always felt starting on 12:

12 – 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – 7 – 8 – 9 – 10 – 11

The main accents sit on 12, 3, 6 (or 7), 8 and 10. That last accent — the 10 — is the metric cadence, the point of resolution.
